If I had to find a word to describe what 2021 meant at Laboratoria, it would be opportunity. It was a year when everything we’ve worked hard to build over the past seven years started flourishing and opening up endless possibilities. All of these efforts translated into opportunity during 2021, where we saw Latin America’s digital economy and demand for technical talent expand as fast as ever. It has been our best year to date in terms of impact.
2021 also brought about the opportunity to transform the way we work and prepared us to significantly scale our impact. This all marks the beginning of a new era for Laboratoria that has us as excited as the day we began. As the world continues to become more interconnected and remote work transcends borders, we are ready to seize the opportunity to advance our vision at scale: shape a more diverse, inclusive and competitive digital economy that opens opportunities for every woman to develop her potential and in this way, transform Latin America’s future.
